I am very happy with this set of pans although I have only had them for a couple of weeks. They cook very well both on the stove and in the oven and the separate handles are easy to use and a great space saver. The pans are very easy to clean, as advertised, and need very little oil or fat for frying.

Have tefal ingenio but the pans warp and coating comes of, these pans seem much better, though the price on amazon beats the discounted price on the tower web site!

The cookware set is a very substantial set and very compact for storing. Being able to remove the handles and the different ways you can use the cookware make this a very useful set.

Very happy with this set, once seasoned as instructed, theses pans are a pleasure to use, so quick and easy to clean, once the pan is on the stove I remove the handle only to replace it when I remove the pan. I wish I had these years ago, unfortunately thay were not available.
