Do not allow the flame or heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan and do not pre-heat empty pans. Use only low to moderate heat, as extremely high temperatures will damage the surface. Do not use metal utensils as these will damage the surface: use only plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils. If the pan severely overheats, do not touch it – instead, turn off the cooker and leave to cool completely before removing. Allow the pan to fully cool after each use; plunging a hot pan into cold water can cause irreparable warping. Do not use abrasive cleaners as this could damage the surface. Pans are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the appearance of your cookware. Burnt food should be removed from the pan by soaking it in warm, soapy water. Always lift the pan and do not drag across surfaces to avoid any damage to the surface or hob top. Oven safe up to 150ºC, however it is recommended for use in the oven for warming purposes only. Always use oven gloves as handles and knobs may become hot during use.
