I have had a ceramic mixing bowl for over twenty years, until a crack developed. Time to replace it, and since it had done such good service, I wanted a bowl as similar as possible. I don’t like metal bowls – they can get too hot or too cold. Glass bowls are too slippery. And plastic – no. Just no.
I looked online but prices were too high. I had tried various retail stores and ran out of places to look, so I was resigned to paying over the odds – until someone suggested Dunelm.
This bowl is exactly what I wanted – right size, right material, right price. It feels good and easy to handle. The raised pattern on the exterior aids with grip.
