This roasting dish is a real must have in your kitchen. I already have one but with Christmas nearly here I decided to buy another one as I will be doing a lot of cooking. It really is worth spending a bit more on kitchen pans as you really do get what you pay for. Absolutely nothing sticks to these. SCOVILLE Neverstick are the best quality I have ever bought. I can thoroughly recommend them and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
